Cengage Learning is a publisher of print and online information services for higher education, libraries, professional institutes, and museums. Cengage have established a User Experience Team to improve their line of products based on user needs and behaviors. Using a contextual inquiry process, my team was given the opportunity to observe the user studies process at Cengage Learning, and provide recommendations for improvement on their workflow and testing processes.
